A huge thank you to Lydia for taking care of Alfa and Zoe for 2.5 weeks while we were overseas. It was wonderful to receive daily photos and updates, helping us relax into our holiday knowing they were being well cared for. Zoe was very timid but within 3-4 days Lydia had won her over. Lydia also introduced some new toys and we discovered our cats love laser pointers and feathers! I would definitely recommend Lydia's pet sitting service and will be contacting her again on our next travels.

In my opinion Lydia has a true passion for animals and a sensitivity to an owner's anxieties about leaving their pet in the care of another person. She is particular about the initial interview session, which is a very good sign, and yes, she did take great care of the security of my property and provide the right attention for my beloved pet. I found her care and continued daily progress reports via SMS with images of my pet at home, a very reassuring element to the service. I would recommend her highly.

We left our two Tonkinese cats in Lydia's care over the New Year break. Even though it was short notice, Lydia was extremely obliging in arranging a time to come and meet us that fit in with our schedules. She was very professional and her attention to detail was reassuring in that she had thought of everything when it came to caring for our babies. Most importantly, Jens and Astro were both completely relaxed and happy when we returned so we know they were well looked after. We will definitely be using Cat Concierge again.

Lydia came to our home prior to us engaging her. She was meticulous in obtaining information about our Burmese cats and took notes on our cats as well as noting down our requirements. She was genuinely interested in Oscar and Banjo and this was comforting. Oscar and Banjo were healthy and happy on our return and enjoyed being cared for in their own home. The daily photos and text message updates were comforting to us and much appreciated.
